Equipment Repair Portal
Full-service equipment repair intake and tracking portal. Customers submit repairs, pay online or manually, and track progress through a 10-stage pipeline.
Overview
A complete repair management platform for service businesses. Customers create accounts, submit repair requests through a guided wizard, select from configurable repair categories with automatic price calculation, upload device photos, and pay via PayPal checkout or manual Zelle/CashApp. The admin dashboard provides full control: manage repairs through a 10-stage pipeline (pending payment → payment received → shipping → received → in progress → completed → shipped back → delivered), send messages, adjust pricing mid-repair with customer confirmation, add tracking numbers, and keep internal notes. Automated email notifications via Resend keep customers informed at every step. Built with Next.js, Supabase, and Tailwind CSS for fast deployment and easy customization to any repair vertical — electronics, appliances, mining equipment, auto parts, and more.
